1. What is stabilized moss?
stabilized moss is 100% real natural moss that has undergone a safe preservation process to maintain its softness, color, and texture for years without sunlight, watering, or maintenance.
2. Do your products require any care?
No maintenance is needed! Our moss does not grow or dry out. Simply keep it away from direct sunlight and high humidity, and dust gently if needed.
3. How long does stabilized moss last?
With proper conditions (no direct sun and normal humidity), preserved moss can last 8–10 years while keeping its vibrant color and texture.
4. Can I choose the color of the moss?
Yes, you can choose any color from our moss palette. We offer 12 beautiful, premium shades.

5. Do you make custom sizes?
Absolutely! If you need a different size or shape, contact us — we will gladly create a personalized piece just for you.
6. Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from Ukraine.
7. Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship worldwide, including the United States.
8. How long is the delivery time to the USA?
Standard international delivery usually takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location and postal service activity.
9. Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with Ukrposhta International (Ukrainian Postal Service). Every order includes a tracking number.
10. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free international shipping.
The shipping cost is already included in the product price.
11. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since our items are handmade to order, we accept returns only in special cases. Please contact us if you have any concerns — we always take care of our customers.
12. Do you accept custom design ideas?
Yes! Send us your inspiration photo, color preferences, or size request, and we will create a unique custom piece for you.
13. How long does it take to make an order?
Production time is usually 1–3 days depending on the product.
14. Are the colors in the photos accurate?
We do our best to show true-to-life colors. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or natural lighting.
15. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes! All products are carefully packaged, and we offer beautiful Eco Bloom Decor Gift Cards in different amounts.
16. Are your soy candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes. Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax. They are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and safe to burn at home.
17. Do your soy candles contain paraffin or harmful additives?
No. We use only clean-burning soy wax without paraffin, dyes, or harmful chemicals.
18. How long do your soy candles burn?
Burn time varies by size, but most of our candles burn between 25–45 hours. Soy wax burns slower and more evenly than regular paraffin candles.
19. Do soy candles smell strong?
Yes. Soy wax holds fragrance very well, giving a soft but noticeable scent that fills the room without being overpowering.
20. What are your gypsum planters made of?
Our gypsum planters and vases are handmade from high-quality eco-friendly gypsum. They are durable, smooth, and have a premium acrylic coating or potal
21. Are gypsum planters waterproof?
Gypsum is naturally porous, so our planters are sealed with a special protective coating to resist moisture. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water.
22. Can I plant real plants in gypsum planters?
Yes, but only small indoor plants. Since gypsum is not as moisture-resistant as ceramic, we recommend using a plastic pot insert or dried/stabilized plants.
23. Will the color of the planter fade over time?
No. Our gypsum planters are colored with pigment mixed into the material, not just painted on the surface, so the color stays bright and even.
24. Are gypsum planters heavy?
They have a pleasant, solid weight but are lighter than stone or concrete. This makes them easy to move and safe for shelves and furniture.
