Terms of Service — Eco Bloom Decor

By placing an order on Eco Bloom Decor, you agree to the following terms:
    1.    Products.
Most items are handcrafted and may slightly vary in color or texture. Moss shades may differ due to natural materials.
    2.    Orders & Payments.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify payment partners. Orders are accepted only after successful payment.
    3.    Shipping.
Production time varies depending on the product (2–4 days for decor; 3–6 days for custom moss decor). Delays caused by shipping carriers are outside our control.
    4.    Returns.
Only damaged or defective items can be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable.
    5.    Intellectual property.
All photos, designs and descriptions belong to Eco Bloom Decor and may not be used without permission.
