Return & Refund Policy — Eco Bloom Decor

At Eco Bloom Decor, we handcraft each item with great attention to detail. Most of our products (moss decor, gypsum decor, soy candles, personalized gifts) are made to order.
For this reason, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

We accept returns if:
    •    The item arrived damaged
    •    The item has a production defect
    •    You received the wrong item

with photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
We do not accept returns for:
    •    Custom-made or personalized products
    •    Items where color/texture slightly differ (this is normal for natural moss)
    •    Products damaged due to incorrect use

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
