You can easily track the status of your order using the information below.

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
    •    your tracking number
    •    a “Track your order” button or link
    •    the name of the carrier handling your shipment

Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest updates on your parcel.

If you created an account during checkout, you can also track your order in your Account → Orders section.


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received a shipping email yet:
    •    Please allow 1–3 business days after placing your order for processing.
    •    Make sure to check your Spam / Promotions folders.
    •    Search your inbox for: “Eco Bloom Decor” or “Your order is on the way”.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

All orders are shipped from Ukraine with international tracked mail.

Estimated delivery times:
    •    USA: 8–20 business days
    •    Canada: 10–25 business days
    •    Other countries: 6–30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or local postal delays. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

 

My Tracking Status Hasn’t Updated

Don’t worry — this is quite common with international shipping.

Tracking may not update for several days while your parcel is:
    •    in transit between sorting centers
    •    waiting for customs clearance
    •    being transferred from the Ukrainian carrier to your local postal service (for example, USPS in the USA)

If the status hasn’t changed for more than 10 business days, feel free to contact us and we will investigate.

 

My Order Is Marked as “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive It

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:
    1.    Double-check your mailbox, front door, porch, lobby, or parcel locker.
    2.    Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the parcel on your behalf.
    3.    Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
    4.    If you still can’t locate the parcel, email us and we’ll try to assist you.
